Early Setup, Camera Policy & Meal Tickets and Cooking

Early Setup
Billie has offered to discount early arrivals for $15.00/night per person. There is an -additional $5.00 per day for electric, per site. If you wish to set up early you should be aware that no festival camps will be set up until after noon on Tuesday, November 1st.

Cameras
We will again be registering cameras and video equipment at AutumnMeet 2005. We realize that many of you wish to record your memories of friends and events. We don’t want to inhibit your enjoyment and we must take steps to protect our community. It was determined that the best solution to accommodate all concerned is to register cameras /video equipment at the Registration Booth upon entry. Proper identification will be required and everyone with cameras/video equipment will be issued a special armband which must be worn at all times. Anyone observed with a camera/video equipment and without the proper armband will be asked to leave the festival. So please! don’t loan your camera/video equipment to anyone “for a quick shot”. Your cooperation is valued and your sensitivity is necessary for a happy festival experience for everyone.

Meal Tickets and Cooking
Meals will be catered by our Staff Kitchen. Meal tickets are $60.00 for the entire event. With this small increase in cost, we can serve more interesting meals with more variety, although we still can’t do “short order” type cooking. Meals served are Wednesday Dinner, three meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and a Sunday Brunch. Pay as you go meals are not available. We will have a limited vegetarian menu. If you have special dietary needs, please plan on preparing your own meals.

Fires will be allowed at your campsite only in approved areas and with approval from Safety; however, wood is not available at the site, so we recommend you bring your camp stove, or your own wood.
