Yes, There are regular meetings all over Jacksonville. The CUUPS group meets for major Sabbats, there are Pagan Picnik's at least once a month, and more. At the moment no one is posting events to the website, however the eGroup is getting everything. jaxpagans@yahoogroups.com

Hmmmm.. An unusual question for a pagan oriented website - but, we'll take a swing at it.
Being members of a homeowners will not protect anyone if they break the Law. Unlawful trespass is a tricky subject, particularly in the city limits with high population densities.
As to the right of Privacy. No such thing exists. Each of us, as Americans, have rights that collectively combine to offer us some personals protections that, when taken together, can be inferred to be a right to privacy (for example, our rights concerning search and seizure protect us from our law enforcment). But there is no distinct "Right to Privacy". It is very unlikely that the homeowner association personnel violated any of your rights by trespassing.
But that does not mean that there is not a violation of law, we suggest consulting with an attorney or the local police to decide how to deal with the situation.
