Cooking: The Easiest Alfredo Ever!
Posted on Jul 08, 2003 - 01:37 PM by Missy

Pagan Cooking 1 stick butter
1 8oz package cream cheese (I use the light cream cheese)
1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
Milk for desired consistency

1 16oz package of fettucini, cooked

This is another family favorite. Lamont and the girls like it with chicken and spinach or seafood the best!Optional: Grilled chicken, crab meat, shrimp, spinach, broccoli--it is versatile!

Over low heat melt butter and cream cheese. Once melted wisk until smooth, add parmesan cheese. Mixture will be thick and some people do like it this way. I add milk until it is to the consistency I like ( about 1/2 C) Serve over hot, cooked fettucini. Add chicken, seafood or veggies as desired.
